Job Description:
Responsible for configuration and testing of the Callidus commissions systems and ensure compliance with prescribed implementation standards. Become subject matter expert in sales performance management systems.
Must Have Skills:
Consulting experience in Callidus Commissions. Able to work independently and in teams in fast paced and changing environment.
Good to Have Skills: Provide technical expertise to support solution design by leveraging current technologies, which support key customer requirements in conjunction with product functionality. Play key aspects of designing, supporting and adopting commissions management solution. Problem solving & analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities: Help clients with configuration and testing of the Callidus commissions systems. Ability to understand current solutions for clients and lead them through YoY plan changes, optimization and integration projects.
Desired Skills:
Technical understanding of relational databases such as Oracle, HANA.
