Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data within the systems, as well as developing and implementing data governance and quality standards.
Responsibilities: - Lead the data migration and implementation projects for Employee Central and S/4 system - Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations - Establish and maintain data quality standards and processes, including data cleansing and enrichment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across different systems and platforms - Design and implement data validation and testing protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data - Provide training and support to end users on data entry, maintenance, and reporting within the systems - Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and specialists, providing guidance and support in their daily activities - Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements, and provide insights and recommendations for data utilization and optimization
