The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

What youll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - West MU Program Management
Location: Hybrid - Palo Alto
Expected start date: November 2024
Duration: 6 -12 months
Working hours: part time- 20 hrs./week
This opportunity will prepare the candidate for a project or program management discipline, with the potential of acquiring experience in, including but not limited to, technical account management (proactive service solutioning, scoping and many aspects of IT service management such as incident management, issue management), technical program management(Focus Technical Quality Management), project management, enterprise architecture, P&L management (revenue forecasting, delivery backlog), account hygiene practices (CRM minimum documentation, QBR, survey maintenance) and value engineering/capture methodologies. The pilot program prepares the candidate for a career in SAPs Services organization. A possible outcome will be the Technical Quality Manager or Focus Technical Quality Manager track, to support our concierge service "Premium Engagements" offerings such as SAP MaxAttention, SAP ActiveAttention and SAP Value Assurance.
