Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to implement and support a Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) for clinical trials. The role includes managing SAS Grid infrastructure, optimizing AWS cloud solutions, and developing web applications for data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAS Grid Management:
   • Set up and configure SAS Grid environments.
   • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize job scheduling.
   • Document procedures, configurations, and best practices for operational efficiency.
2. AWS Cloud & Storage Management:
   • Design and maintain Lustre file systems and AWS FSx for ONTAP to support high-performance analytical workloads.
   • Manage data migration to AWS FSx for ONTAP and ensure system optimization.
   • Monitor and enhance performance for both Lustre and AWS FSx environments.
3. Full Stack Development:
   • Develop responsive web applications using React.js for data visualization and analysis.
   • Refactor and optimize existing codebases to improve performance.
   • Collaborate with data teams to enhance data accessibility and usability.

Technical Skills:

1. SAS Expertise:
   • Proficiency in SAS programming (SAS/Base, SAS Macros, SAS/Stat) in a Linux environment.
   • Experience with SAS Grid, SAS Enterprise Guide, and SAS Studio.
2. AWS Cloud & Storage:
   • Strong knowledge of Lustre architecture and AWS FSx for ONTAP.
   • Expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture design.
3. Full Stack Development:
   • Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js.
   • Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express) and RESTful APIs.
   • Proficient in version control (Git) and agile development practices.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with clinical trial phases I-IV is a plus.
• Understanding of spaCy NLP integration in React.js applications.
