Overview of the SEC and Financial Reporting Accountant opportunity:

• The SEC and Financial Reporting Accountant will prepare financial reports including footnotes
• 10Q reporting
• The SEC and Financial Reporting Accountant will provide supporting documentation and have peer reviews

Background Preferred:

• Finance background supporting 10Q experience
• CPA is a plus
• Able to work independently
