SENIOR LINE COOK - Tallulah's Taqueria

We are looking for a Senior Level Line Cook that has at least three years of experience in a supervisor or manager role within the kitchen including cooking, ordering, inventory, training and supervising a team. Pay is dependent on experience. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

• Previous fast paced customer cook/supervisor cook jobs 
• Cook- Previous Experience a Must, 3 Years Experience as Line Cook 
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to work Full Time, Weekends, AM + PM Shifts 
• Solid References
• Must be able to lift 50lb
• Drivers License Required. Good Driving Record 
• Ability to commute to all stores as schedule will be rotating 
• Have or Willing to complete all Food Safety Certifications (Manager) & Alcohol Safety 
• Previous Knowledge of Inventory, Ordering, Food Temperature Monitoring 
• Knowledge & Ability of using IPAD, Computer, Google Sheets & other programs 
• Detail Oriented & Organized with Planning Skills 
• Multi-Tasking in a fast paced environment 
• Understanding of all the Physical Requirements in a restaurant kitchen
