The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our online visibility and drive organic traffic to our website. You will work closely with content creators, web developers, and other marketing professionals to ensure our website ranks highly in search engine results. Job Information:

- Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager
- Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth and inform content strategy.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and images, to improve search visibility and user experience.
- Technical SEO: Perform technical audits to identify issues affecting site performance, such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
- Link Building: Develop and execute a link-building strategy to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all content initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Collaborate with Data Analysts to deliver regular reports on traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to continuously refine and improve strategies.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' SEO strategies to identify strengths and weaknesses and inform our approach.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with paid search (PPC) and social media marketing is a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills
- Certification in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
