JOB SUMMARY:
- As a Service Desk Attendant, you will serve as the voice and first impression of LifeBridge Health & Fitness.
- In this role, you are responsible to act as first point-of-contact by greeting and checking-in members, assisting members and guests in the Pro Shop, communicating new fitness and wellness programs as well as answering phone promptly and professionally to ensure quality member service and an experience that can’t be beat!
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills. Degree or HS Diploma not required
- Prior front desk/customer service experience
- Current hours are Sunday noon to 6 pm, two days per week 10 am to 5 pm (can be flexible between Monday-Thursday)
