About the Role:
As an SMB Account Executive at Sybill, you will drive customer acquisition in our SMB segment! We've grown the team very carefully. You would be joining a small team of high performers for an AI-first B2B software company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage prospects from lead to close
- Proactively identify and engage new prospects using direct email campaigns, Linkedin, and cold calling.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate the Sybill value proposition
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets with accurate monthly forecasting
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements, overseeing the sales process from initial contact to signing.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
Requirements:
- Experience: Bring 3+ years of relevant closing experience, ideally within a SaaS environment. Experience in a Product-Led Growth company is a plus.
- Quota crusher: Demonstrated ability to effectively identify, engage, and convert leads into profitable business, along with a consistent record of exceeding sales goals.
- Communication: Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders.
- Discovery: Can proactively identify pain points in the product with our customers.
- Adaptability: Have a humble attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed.
- High energy and startup attitude: Operate with high horsepower, have strong problem-solving skills, are adept at frequent context switching, effectively manage working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize.
- Must be based in the US.
