About the Job
Job Requirement
• Provides SNOW expertise to support discussions and propose solution designs for the Requested Items, Incident Ticket, and Demand modules.
• Provides support for SNOW updates, including review of existing RITM configurations and recommends changes to better align with new business processes.
• Performs feasibility analysis on integration with Jazz and JIRA; and assesses proposed enhancements for integration with Remedy.
• Develops SNOW documentation as it applies to EHRM as required
• Executes on critical path activities in support of enhancing the SNOW solution, as guided by the PM and Technical Leads
• With approved requirements, designs, modifies, and tests functions in SNOW to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the end user community
Minimum qualifications:
• 10+ years of professional work experience
• Experience managing Information Technology related projects
• Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
• Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress
• Able to identify and mitigate risks.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in the VA
• Experience implementing electronic health records
