Responsibilities
- ServiceNow ITSM Catalog developer
- Lead geospatial data projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and data accuracy.
- Having hands on experience in SerivceNOW ITSM catalog development
- Oversee the integration of geospatial data with ServiceNow ITSM to enhance data management processes.
- Should be responsible for catalog development - Provide technical expertise in geospatial data analysis and visualization to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement geospatial solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain geospatial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Conduct regular audits of geospatial data to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Train and mentor team members on geospatial data management techniques and tools.
- Create detailed documentation for geospatial data processes and workflows.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of geospatial systems and recommend improvements
