Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Manager of Human Resources, the incumbent specializes in ongoing team member relations, recruitment, training and team member activities by performing the following duties personally or through direct reports.
Essential Job Functions:
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
- Prepares administrative and financial reports, compiles, interprets, and analyzes data as necessary.
- Perform a variety of functions related to the collection and reporting of guest experience metrics and the casino resort departmental response to and dissemination of the data.
- Prepare user-friendly reports of service data, including charts and graphs. Provide reports to department leadership and/or designee(s) for their knowledge, dissemination, and the preparation and execution of action plans.
- Maintain reports to periodically prepare report summaries, including charts and graphs, for top level leadership to review, including charts, graphs, and trends (i.e. monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Prepare written summaries to accompany data trends, survey feedback responses, and analysis of departmental action plan impact on survey scores and responses.
- Stay abreast of the current trends and practices within area of responsibility and communicate pertinent information to management and other team members as appropriate.
- Takes notes and assists as necessary with highly confidential company matters.
- Composes and types routine or complex correspondence and reports from rough drafts, editing format, grammar, punctuation or spelling as needed.
- Resolves guest requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources. Serves as liaison between the guest and various departments.
- Responds to a variety of inquiries and requests from team members.
- Establishes, maintains and, when necessary, revises department filing system.
- Screens telephone calls and visitors, ascertaining who can be re-directed to subordinate management. Exercises discretion with regards to visitors, callers, and request for information.
- Provides information to callers, senior management and key external sources which require a comprehensive knowledge of company policies, practices and operations.
- Performs a broad range of administrative details of a highly confidential nature on a regular basis, requiring initiative and judgment to make independent decisions for which probably errors could result in unnecessary costs.
- Follows up on all items assigned to subordinate managers as to status, expected completion date, etc.
- Responsible for tracking, screening, and interviewing applicants as required and making placement recommendations.
- Use traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as develop new, creative recruiting ideas to successfully find talent and place qualified job applicants into existing openings.
- Develop mutually rewarding relationships with local schools.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and team members as necessary to find qualified talent.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Communicates daily and weekly terminations with appropriate departments and processes in Infinium/iSeries
- Conducts Team Member related investigations, especially highly sensitive topics
- Prepares annual reviews and 60/90 reviews
- Conducts termination meetings for Supervisor level Team Members and below.
- Act as the Employer Representative for all Unemployment Appeals.
- Prepare for and participate in Team Member Board of Reviews.
- Assists in the design and coordination of Team Member programs designed to improve or maintain morale and engagement.
- Conducts research on a wide variety of subjects as requested.
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required along with three (3) years of similar experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in MS Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required, as well as overall proficiency in the use of the Internet, digital technology and data systems.
