The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of impactful and innovative visual materials that support both our sales teams and customers. This role requires a highly experienced designer who can take project requests from concept to completion while adhering to multiple brand guidelines. The Senior Designer will be a strategic creative partner, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions across a variety of channels including digital, print, social media, and email.
Responsibilities
+ Lead the design and production of high-quality materials for both internal (sales teams) and external (customer-facing) purposes, ensuring brand consistency and project goals are met.
+ Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project objectives, contributing creative direction and solutions that align with broader business goals.
+ Manage and oversee the design of diverse assets, such as brochures, presentations, social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, banners, and print collateral.
+ Ensure the execution of design projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and workflow while balancing multiple priorities.
+ Adhere to and enforce multiple brand guidelines across all product lines, ensuring uniformity and consistency in the visual identity of each campaign.
+ Provide expert-level guidance on design best practices, including layout, typography, color theory, and user experience, to elevate the quality of all creative outputs.
+ Collaborate closely with the marketing manager, senior graphic designers, communications team, copywriter, and product managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
+ Review, critique, and provide feedback on designs created by peers, ensuring all work meets company standards and project expectations.
+ Stay current with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously innovate and drive creative excellence within the team.
+ Prepare final files for both print and digital formats, ensuring all technical specifications (color, resolution, file formats) are accurate for production.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or an extensive portfolio demonstrating senior-level work.
+ Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
+ 5+ years of experience working in a corporate or creative agency environment, with proven ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
+ Deep understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and printing processes.

+ Expertise in design principles, branding, and the technical aspects of print and digital production.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with non-design stakeholders.
