SR. Accounts Payable Specialist - Robert Half

Description We are in search of a SR. Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Everett, Washington. You will be working in a dynamic environment and will play a critical role in managing and processing customer credit applications and maintaining precise customer records. This position is particularly suited for someone who is able to work independently and adapt to process changes. Responsibilities: - Handle the processing of customer credit applications in an accurate and efficient manner - Maintain precise records of customer credit - Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status - Utilize software for invoice processing and data entry - Manage vendor invoices and ensure they are processed correctly - Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts payable - Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for various accounting tasks - Engage in vendor management activities to ensure smooth operations - Adapt to software changes and updates as required by the company. The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Benefits: Medical/Dental 100% employer paid Vision Simple IRA with 3% employer match 2 weeks PTO 9 paid holidays Requirements - Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) - Experience with Account Reconciliation - Familiarity with Check Runs operations - Knowledge of Coding Invoices - Proficiency in Data Entry - Ability to process invoices effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Experience with QuickBooks - Knowledge of SAP - Experience in processing vendor invoices - Vendor Management skills - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred - Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to handle confidential information.
