Job Summary



We are hiring a Sr. Catering Manager for our growing business in Cambridge, MA. Join our team and be part of delivering outstanding dining experiences in the B&I dining business. This role offers a chance to lead and innovate in the food and hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities:



+ Coordinate daily operations to ensure magnificent execution of catering events.


+ Supervise and manage a team of employees, including delivery and culinary personnel.


+ Efficiently implement culinary programs and maintain high standards of customer service.


+ Handle financial aspects, including invoicing and budget analysis.


+ Plan, promote, and complete special events to thrive in a dynamic industry.



Preferred Qualifications:



+ A.S. degree or equivalent experience.


+ Proven hospitality knowledge with an interest in environmentally conscious practices.


+ Minimum of two years of similar work experience as a Catering Manager.


+ Ability to interact with a diverse, high-volume customer base efficiently and professionally.


+ Proficiency in web-based ordering systems, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.


+ Strong email communication skills.


+ Ability to meet company-specific uniform standards and apply personal protective equipment.


+ Capable of working independently and solving problems effectively.
