Sales Admin (ID, Rexburg) - Safe Streets

As our company continues to grow, our need for qualified employees grows as well. We are urgently hiring for a leadership position as a Builder Program Manager. We are looking for hard working, dedicated, and critical thinkers, that have a good work ethic and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Being responsible for monitoring/managing purchase order opened by our vendor
• Ensuring schedule changes in the purchase order platform are then updated in Shield
  • Additions/subtractions to the purchase order
  • Closing schedule changes (either moving up or pushing out)
  • Making sure they are accurate $$$
  • If changes are made on our side, ensure that purchase orders are then modified at our request and we are paid
• Reconciling our completed jobs against jobs we are paid for
• Auditing Salesforce accounts/leads to ensure purchase orders are listed
• Doing quality control checks on Salesforce accounts
  • Sales quality control (Basically a similar function to inside sales support)
  • Install close out quality control, make sure inventory and payable look right
