Sales Administrator / Coordinator
Onsite- Lisle 3 days a week, 2 days remote
Interviews will be in person onsite at Lisle (no teams)
Sales Coordinators would provide back-office support to sales teams with short term projects to enhance sales performance
• PowerPoint experience to help put together slides for higher level executives for weekly updates and sales information
Customer service coordination
• Support with administrative tasks to free up upwards of 30% time for sales managers
• Find opportunities using VIOScope information
• Create and analysis sales proposals
• Target ambition of $96M annual sales and $24M annual margin
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, and responding to customer queries
Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments, including preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes
o Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that all customer needs are met, including coordinating with the marketing and customer service teams
o Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
o Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including managing the sales database
o Provide support for sales events, conferences, and exhibitions
o Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales training programs
Develop PowerPoint slides for higher level executive weekly sales updates
Must have experience working with SalesForce CRM, Excel and building customer centric PowerPoints.
Minimum Requirements: Education, Experience, Certs
• Bachelor's degree
OR
• At least 2 years of sales administration or customer service experience
