Job Description:
As a Motorcycle Sales Advisor at Motos America, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting customers in finding their perfect ride while cultivating a sense of community among fellow riders. You'll be the face of our dealership, providing expert guidance and building lasting relationships with customers to ensure an unparalleled purchasing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers with enthusiasm and provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process. Listen attentively to their needs, preferences, and riding aspirations to offer tailored recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our motorcycle inventory, including features, specifications, and available accessories. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed advice to customers.
- Sales Execution: Demonstrate persuasive sales techniques while maintaining integrity and transparency. Guide customers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiries, recommendations, and
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns. Strive to exceed customer expectations and cultivate long-term loyalty.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the values and ethos of Motos America by embodying a passion for motorcycles and a dedication to exceptional customer service. Serve as a brand ambassador both within the dealership and throughout the riding community.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory management. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for motorcycles and a deep understanding of various brands, models, and riding styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
