Primary Responsibilities of a Sales Associate:
- Shadow top-leading sales executives and work closely with our senior account managers to gain complete clarity of our client’s campaign strategies, KPI’s, products, services, and promotions
- Outreach and educate consumers on the benefits of our client’s products and services through live presentations to assist our marketing and sales team in achieving daily sales goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all order adjustments, price quotations, purchase orders, and billing inquiries with the customer directly
- Partake in all in-person meetings and virtual conferences regarding our client’s expansion to retain fresh product knowledge and maintain compliance
- Work cross-functionally with our fellow account management, marketing, sales, and customer service team to create and implement a more effective, competitive marketing strategy
- Increase customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty by active listening, consultative relationship building, and empathic communication

Basic Qualifications We Look For in a Sales Associate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related business fields preferred or in the process of completion
- 0-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Relations, Customer Service, or internship in related fields
- Flexible Availability Working Weekends
