We're looking for Catering Coordinators to join our Sales and Brand Growth Department. This role has a wide range of tasks that include both planning and preparation, and interaction and connection with guests.
Our Sales and Brand Growth department supports our community through catering and marketing events, and in-store connection and fundraising events. When this role isn't serving our community in this capacity, it supports day-to-day operations and guests on site. Individuals in this role must be comfortable meeting and speaking with people on a regular basis and must have the ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines. This role requires a valid driver's license.

This department is poised for exciting growth. As an entry level role within this department there is opportunity to join, engage, learn, and advance. Bi-lingual individuals may receive increased pay. The base rate of pay may increase if candidate has prior experience. Salary baseline ranges from $18-$18.50/hr.

Realistic scheduling approach
We understand that you have many priorities. Life isn’t just about work! We provide flexible scheduling to allow our team to pursue outside interests and family time. Employees are not required to work overtime and have every Sunday off for rest and relaxation. While this role requires varied availability to include some evenings, the specific days for these shifts can be negotiable- with personal needs taken into consideration. Saturdays are the busiest day of the week for Chick-fil-A and we require our employees to work a portion of this day unless they are on approved time-off.
