Sales and Business Development Marketing Consultant - PrideStaff

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales and Business Development Marketing Consultant to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Marketing Consultant you will have Sales Consulting, Marketing and Warehouse responsibilities. 

This is a key role within the organization and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact. We are looking for strong leadership skills and motivation to grow within the company.

We are hiring for one of the largest suppliers of heavy-load moving tools and rigging equipment.

They serve a large variety of industries with each industry having different material handling needs. The Sales and Business Development Marketing Consultant aims to understand each of those needs and will provide cost-effective solutions

Location: Charlotte, NC 28273

Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $50,000 - 70,000 + Depending experience 

On-Site in South Charlotte

Responsibilities include:

Technical Sales Consulting

• Advise customers on which product will best suit their need

• Explain differences between different products

• Process Orders 

Marketing

• Research technical features of products

• Analyze differences between products based on those findings

• Create marketing information (graphics, banners and explanations of these differences) 

• Analyze market prices and adjust prices

• Work with team to discuss findings and position products in market

• Upload and enter the information into online store software

• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

Warehouse

• Package and ship orders on pallets

• Unload containers and restock inventory
   

Skills and Requirements:

• Must have a Four-Year College Degree
• Must be Interested in Mechanics
• Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients  
• Proficient in MS Office Suite specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
