Shleppers Moving & Storage is seeking an individual to join our sales coordinator team.
We are looking for an experienced and well organized part-time sales coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team and assist customers with their needs.
The coordinator will become the point of reference for the sales people inside and outside, and customers alike, by assisting with coordination, booking, documentation, follow ups and any relevant information.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle daily tasks to convert new leads
- Respond to clients texts and emails to complete file details
- Follow up with customers and offer support
- Create client files and schedule appointment or pass to inside reps
- Handle the processing of orders with accuracy of any relevant documentation
- Handle daily high-volume incoming/outgoing calls
- Assist other members of the coordinators team meet their goals
Requirements:
- Great computer skills
- Great customer service skills
- Proficiency in English
- Well organized and responsible with problem solving attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
- Detail oriented
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
