Day-to-day work:

Our Front Desk Associate/Wellness advisors become expert at providing unexpectedly wonderful customer service by:

• Greeting clients by name, patiently scheduling services, cheerfully answering phone calls.
• Sincerely addressing questions and concerns.
• Asking great questions to understand our clients’ needs so that you can match them with the right Massage Therapist or Esthetician.
• Helping our clients understand our amazing menu of services.
• Explaining our options for packages and membership.
• Providing membership outreach via text, phone, and email.
• Always protecting client confidentiality.
• Demonstrating our core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy every day.
• Supporting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
• Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Massage Envy Woodinville Membership Sales Associate & Wellness Advisers earn a base hourly rate that starts at $19.00 per hour plus unlimited bonuses for Membership Sales.
• 401K with employer matching.
• 25% discount on most retail.
• A free Massage or Skincare service each month plus a generous 50% discount on additional services.
• Regence medical & Rx, and Guardian vision and dental. 
• An employee Assistance Program that goes above and beyond regular insurance.
• Paid Time off, starting at 1.3 weeks/year increasing to 2.6 weeks/yr after five years with us.

• Great teammates who work well with others, show up on time and like to be busy.
• Adaptable and flexible wherever needed, to get the job done.
