Position Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Palm Beach area. This role is pivotal in increasing sales, expanding our market presence, and managing a talented team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, preferably within the beauty sector, along with leadership skills that inspire and motivate others to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our beauty products in both direct-to-consumer and retail channels.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance and market trends. Utilize data-driven insights to adjust strategies as needed.
- Direct-to-Consumer Sales: Lead the team in executing direct-to-consumer sales initiatives through e-commerce platforms and social media, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Retail Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, coordinating promotional events and ensuring product visibility in stores.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement in our offerings, considering both direct and retail channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on initiatives and provide feedback on customer needs and trends.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in both direct-to-consumer and retail environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
