The estimator is a critical position to our company.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The goal is to evaluate the request for a quote carefully and ensure that we know everything required to successfully quote the job.
- This position requires a calculation of the estimated time to complete the jobs, as well as sending out quotes on material pricing and documentation of this process for each job to make it easier to process the order once we get the job.
- All quotes need to be completed and returned to customers in a timely manner.
- Along with quoting jobs, this position assists with walk-in customers, as well as assisting machinists when needed.
Qualifications:
- Machinist experience is required for this position, at least 10 years.
