Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client insurance needs and provide customized solutions aligned with their unique requirements.
- Policy Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of insurance products.
- Negotiation and Closing: Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to secure deals and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and assistance.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of previous commercial trucking experience is preferred.
- Insurance Licenses: Must possess the necessary insurance licenses.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, with exceptional prospecting and closing abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
- Self-Motivation: Strong self-motivation and a drive for success, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficient in using AMS360 software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
