gpac is partnered with a well establishedlogistics company that prides itself on it's reputation for excellence in the industry, as well as competitive end to end solutions offered in shipping, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team! This role requires a deep understanding of the freight forwarding market, as well as the passion for building and retaining long term relationships in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key accounts
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and customer service teams
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales in the Shipping and Logistics Freight Forwarding industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
