In the position of Sales Manager, you will get the opportunity to lead and inspire sales representatives to hit sales goals, identify opportunities for growth and development and maintain a culture of Putting People First.Responsibilities:Drive sales results in a manner consistent with CHG’s core valuesParticipate in the hiring, training, and development of a high performing sales teamCreate and implement growth and development plans for sales team members and/or leadersCoach and mentor sales team members and/or leaders by conducting weekly one on one meetings, side by side coaching, role playing, as well as other activitiesReport daily and weekly on team performance to senior leadershipConduct individual performance appraisals of team members or leaders and take needed action regarding their progress/resultsPreparation, analysis, and translation of team sales reports on a regular basisInitially participate in working his/her own desk as a sales consultant to obtain a thorough understanding of our businessQualifications:Strong people leadership experience with the ability to lead, motivate and influence a team of sales consultants and/or sales leadersStrong sales mentality with proven track record of growing, managing, and maintaining a book of businessMinimum of one to five years of experience leading people and/or leaders, preferably within a sales capacityMinimum of two years of experience in the direct sales of products or professional servicesProfessional level written and oral communication skillsStrong and effective negotiation skillsExcellent organization, prioritization, and time management skillsEffective analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Skills:One to five years of experience in the staffing industryOne to five years of experience selling in the healthcare industryStaffing/recruitment experience We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S
geographic markets
For this position, we offer a pay range of $72,000 -- $192,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses
Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses
On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
