Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Assist in managing client relationships, including answering inquiries, providing information on insurance products, and addressing customer service needs.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, processing paperwork, and managing schedules.
Sales Assistance: Support the sales team in identifying potential clients, preparing quotes, and following up on leads.
Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and agency operations.
Marketing and Outreach: Contribute to marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, assisting with social media campaigns, and engaging in community outreach.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with agency staff to support day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
Attributes: Enthusiasm for learning, a proactive attitude, and a passion for the insurance industry.
Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
