We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to support our integrated box business. This role is pivotal in driving profitable growth and continuous transformation to enhance value for our customer base.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to drive solutions and growth in the market. This highly visible role, reporting directly to the Area General Manager, is crucial to our success at GP Corrugated Packaging.
Location: The ideal candidate will reside near our box facility in Sheboygan, WI. Relocation assistance is offered for this position.

The Sales Manager plays a key role in leading our business development-focused commercial sales team and collaborating with various capabilities to create value for customers and GP.
What You Will Do
- Lead, manage, and develop our commercial sales team in Wisconsin, focusing on recruitment, retention, and ongoing development.
- Foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships between sales and operations by collaborating with other commercial business units.
- Drive continuous improvement in profit margins by seeking out innovation and strategic opportunities.
- Develop and implement market-driven sales strategies and pricing aligned with a market-focused vision.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Create value through customer success by implementing our world-class sales training process.
- Ensure a robust sales pipeline tailored to regional needs.
- Maintain compliance and safety in accordance with governmental regulations and company standards.
- Effectively utilize Microsoft 365 applications and CRM Microsoft Dynamics.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in the packaging industry.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with expertise in analysis, pricing, forecasting, market trends, and budgeting.
- Experience coaching and leading a high-performing team.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Proven track record in crafting and executing strategic business plans that enhance value propositions for both customers and the organization.
- Previous experience managing a high-performing commercial sales team.
- Experience with Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Commitment to lifelong learning through technical training or continuing education.
