Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the RDOS, the Sales Manager supervises a team of Sales Inspectors, translating marketing and call center activity into revenue-generating opportunities to achieve sales goals. Coordinating with the RDOC and local facility Operations Manager, the Sales Manager balances task-level margin contribution with facility-level personnel utilization.
- Manages facility sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and deployment.
- Reports progress and provides risk-mitigation strategies when goal divergence occurs.
- Provides insight to RDOS for local sales strategies, promotions, marketing campaigns.
- Collects, evaluates, and coordinates lead activity after handoff from corporate call center.
- Assigns leads and coordinates scheduling of lead activity with the Office Administrator.
- Audits proposals, reviews lead/crew notes, provides T&M support to Project Managers.
- Interfaces with RDOS to establish current discount rates and pricing schedules.
- Secondary point of contact for client relationship management and conflict resolution.
- Verifies closing paperwork and financing documentation to coordinate collections activity.
- Maintains customer service standards, quality assurance, and positive customer reviews.
- Oversees the condition, cleanliness, and maintenance of sales team vehicles.
- Responsible for marketing material management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of proven sales management experience
- Solid sales and managerial experience in home improvement or relevant industries
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time, On-site, not remote

Salary Range: $125k+
Pay Structure: Salary + Bonus
