Job Summary:
We are searching for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals and develop strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will lead and cultivate a high-performing team of sales representatives, all of whom undergo professional training
- While maintaining a hands-on approach in sales, your primary focus will be on overseeing daily sales operations across the designated territory
- This will involve conducting sales meetings, facilitating training sessions and accompanying team members on sales calls
- Enhancing the efficiency of the existing sales team through training, active involvement, and exemplary leadership
- Conducting weekly sales meetings, training sessions, etc.
- Delivering in-home product sales presentations alongside team members and independently
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to train in selling, customer and market insight, product knowledge skills, and to motivate professional staff to exceptional levels of business performance
- Having a prior Window and Door Sales experience is required
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a regional or territory management role
Skills:
- Windows and Roof Sales Experience is a MUST
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Technical sales experience in the technology industry is preferred
