We're in search of a dynamic Sales Manager to aid in achieving our growth objectives. This role requires a seasoned luxury sales professional with exceptional clienteling abilities. The ideal candidate will drive sales and deliver top-tier customer service, focusing on expanding our client base while nurturing existing relationships. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive growth through effective mentoring, development, and leadership of the sales team.
- Engage actively with clientele, maintaining a strong floor presence focused on enhancing the customer experience.
- Implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve objectives and broaden our customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic CRM initiatives and prepare for special events.
- Provide coaching, training, and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
- Cultivate enduring customer relationships within a luxury retail environment.
- Identify emerging market trends and shifts, stay informed about competitors, and adapt and implement business plans accordingly.
- Proven ability to manage a sales floor, train staff, and implement active CRM strategies.
- Track record of successful personal client development and sales.
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge, coupled with exceptional mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, honest, ethical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- Passion for driving sales, cultivating customer relationships, and personal growth in the jewelry industry.
- Dedication to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and self-study.
- Minimum four years' experience in luxury jewelry store management and/or high-performing sales roles.
- Bachelor's degree a plus.
- Applied Jewelry Professional (AJP) and/or Graduate Gemologist diploma from The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and/or other relevant industry certifications.

- Workdays Schedule:
- Scheduled workdays will fall Tuesday through Saturday
- Closed Sunday and Monday
- The compensation package offers a target base salary of $85,000 to $110,000, including a variable override and a year-end bonus
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Including medical, life, and disability coverage, with optional dental and optical benefits.
