Salary Range: $40000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the sales team, setting goals and tracking performance.
Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive company revenue and market growth.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Training: Conduct training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales management or a related field, preferably within the insurance industry.
Skills: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Licensing: Relevant insurance sales licenses are advantageous.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Local Presence: Must be willing to work on-site in South Gate and Van Nuys, California.
