Overview
NV5 is looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of impactful marketing programs across our diverse portfolio of companies. In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will span across campaign planning and execution, brand management, event marketing, email marketing, and social media management.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with various teams across the organization, leveraging your creativity and analytical skills to identify consumer insights, develop new promotional ideas, and launch new products that contribute to both top-line and bottom-line growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences and identify innovative approaches for client acquisition.
- Assist in managing CRM systems for sales and client contact activities; produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to stay informed about local market trends, industry developments in commercial real estate (CRE), and consumer behaviors.
- Manage and maintain national event calendars for Sales Directors and other client-facing staff. Plan, promote, execute, and support conferences and networking events.
- Screen new prospective clients and coordinate follow-up appointments for Sales Directors.
- Analyze market data, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for brand and service growth. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans to effectively engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
- Design, execute, and evaluate email marketing campaigns for optimal engagement and response.
- Manage social media channels and public relations activities to strengthen brand presence.
- Produce and maintain marketing collateral, including Statements of Qualifications and company newsletters.
- Provide internal training on best practices for social media platforms.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere).
- Experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn and X.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data reporting.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset focused on quality and profitability.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ambitious, innovative, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Empathetic and collaborative, able to view challenges from multiple perspectives.

- Effective time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
The pay range for this California position is $31.25- $36.06 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
