Sales & Marketing Manager - Bantam Tools

Bantam Tools is currently seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Manager to join our cross-functional team in this new position. We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic professional to help us grow our customer base and online community by creating thoughtful messaging and engaging content, connecting with our current and future customers via well-executed marketing campaigns and events. The Sales aspect of the job will include replying to inbound inquiries in a prompt, friendly and knowledgeable manner, as well as reaching out to potential new customers via sales calls, conferences, in-person demonstrations and webinars. Your outgoing personality and commitment to empowering people with our innovative tools will inspire prospective customers to join our community of Bantam Tools users. The Marketing side of the role will focus on managing the consistent creation and distribution of content that is clear, compelling and brand-specific. Marketing initiatives that currently need oversight include, but are not limited to: a podcast, a quarterly print magazine, maker/artist events and other “content-to-campaign” ideas that require organized execution.The ideal candidate is an outgoing and energetic effective communicator who likes meeting new people and excels at building systems and engaging storytelling. They will have 3-5 years of progressively complex experience in sales or marketing, and have created campaigns that generate revenue. They are a creative thinker and fast learner, who will master all aspects of Bantam’s machines and software and be an enthusiastic champion of our products.
