Sales and Marketing Representative- Education - Mission Staffing of Texas, LLC

Our client seeks a talented Sales Consultant to help us continue our growth and expansion. The Sales Consultant will directly impact business growth as we help more people achieve their academic goals. The individual in this role will develop a team of sales professionals and is responsible for the team's hiring, management, development, and performance. He or she will assess needs, sell learning memberships, strengthen client relations, and provide high-quality service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Prefer Completion of 4-year bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of inside sales management experience preferred
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team
• Experience developing sales plans and analyzing metrics
• Demonstrated ability to implement and develop sales in strategic selling techniques
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Continually develop to ensure success and improved results, and implement performance plans
• Hit all performance targets for the number of new clients( minimum 1 new client per week), repeat purchases, conversion rates, revenue, and others as determined by the company and provide weekly sales results to leadership
• Assess and understand the needs of our clients
• Work with leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives
• Embody company culture and maintain high employee engagement
• Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
• Train and ensure adherence to the sales process
• Represent the company at Industry events, make presentations, and attend networking events
• Manage marketing initiatives and make recommendations to boost market revenue and company profile
• Meet with School leadership (Principals, Assistant Principals, Counselors, Directors, etc)
• Initial hours 1 hour per week and 1 hour on Saturday
• Selling learning packages for tutoring and college prep to schools and individuals
