Job Title: Sales/Media Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, between 8:00am - 5:00pm, with occasional overtime
Pay Rate: $21.00 to $25.00 an hour, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Provide operational and administrative support for the Sales Department.
- Coordinate with teams on graphics, scriptwriting, commercial production, and other marketing efforts.
- Manage logistics for streaming audio, video, billboard, and broadcast sponsorship campaigns.
- Handle media buy orders, confirmations, and invoices.
- Pre-qualify leads, set appointments, and manage sales activity reporting.
- Maintain Sales Department software tools and documentation.
- Assist with new account processing and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Media, Sales Coordination, or a similar B2B/B2C role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 (other CRM tools are a plus).
- Positive, energetic attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
