Job DescriptionBrightspeed is looking for a driven, creative, and energetic Sales Operations Analyst to join our Brightspeed Business Team! As Sales Operations Analyst you will report directly to the Manager, Revenue Operations Technology.
As Sales Operations Analyst You Will Have the Following Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on Brightspeed sales operations technology and systems
- Serve as point of contact for field escalations when systems aren’t functioning as expected
- Troubleshoot issues, partner with IT, Finance, Operations, and Offer management to resolve issues
- Identify training and process gaps, and generate plans to address
- Establish and govern key areas within the enterprise data strategy and account governance plan, including prioritization of critical data and development of key data capabilities and domains.
- Support business areas and corporate functions in understanding and realizing the benefits of governing and managing their data.
- Lead and participate in relevant data governance and management forums.
- Raising data quality and performance levels within our business group.
- Understand key data and processes, and complete analysis of customers and product portfolios within our business group.
- Implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects and/or results to inform management.
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations
- Daily experience with Salesforce.com
- Extensive experience with working with sales
- Plus for telecom experience
- Highly Technical; Experience managing systems and systems requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and work collaboratively
- Self-starter and problem-solver. Nothing can hold you back!
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create meaningful reports
