The Sales Operations Commercial Support role will lead support for Korn Ferry Digital sales team. Responsibilities will range from tactical support on large sales opportunities, issue resolution with the commercial team, and broad enablement efforts on business processes and sales transformation.
This role will provide exposure and liaise with a variety of teams across the business, including Sales, Business Operations, Delivery, and Analytics / Reporting. It will also include a variety of ad hoc process improvement projects to own drive across APAC and globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process improvement:
- Support improved coordination of sales to delivery for project setup
- Provide ongoing training for CPQ (contract, price, quote) of an opportunity
- Train sellers on effective usage of SalesForce.com as well as pricing / packaging opportunities
- Resolve issues with project setup and sales to delivery handoff
- Resolve commission or time accounting challenges in coordination with Finance
- Validate and route inbound leads to appropriate sales teams
- Develop of a content library for efficient RFP completion and FAQs
- Develop templates and best practices to support large opportunities
- 3+ years of experience in project management, sales operations or similar business partner support
- Knowledge of SalesForce.com is required
- Must have the ability to translate business problems and questions into requirements,
- Detail oriented, organized, and have a demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities.
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional and remote teams, at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to adhere to established processes while keeping an eye for opportunities to improve or develop processes, structures, and systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
