Summary: The Sales Coordinator will provide sales support and administrative assistance to the Community and Marketing Teams. This position will be oversee all pre-lease sales efforts. As such, the position is part of the management team responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, occasional community outreach, and achieving targeted financial and occupancy goals. The Sales Coordinator will provide education, resources and tours of the community to potential residents and families, follow up with inquiries, assist with coordination of move ins, and assist with administrative items needed by the Marketing and Community Teams.
This position is a full-time, non-exempt position.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Services
- Create tour packets and organize sales & marketing collateral
- Coordinate and plan community events with the Sales & Marketing Team
- Professional communication with all residents, families and third party providers
- Resident Services
- Provide sales support and administrative assistance to prospective residents and resident families as part of the sales and marketing team
- Respond to incoming prospects and referrals and guide them through the sales process
- Schedule and provide tours of the community
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products & services
- Coordinate move-in paperwork and assist families through the process
- Maintain up-to-date database of prospects and referrals
- Maintain a strong knowledge of each community’s unique selling points, including benefits and services provided to residents
- Staff Services
- Foster team work environment
- Orientation and mentoring of new employees/volunteers
Qualifications:
- Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Skilled at building and maintaining positive relationships
- Proficient computer and technology skills
- Prior Sales & Marketing experience desired
- Positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude, ability to work as a team member
- Working Conditions
- Potential to work shift longer than 8 hours
- Potential to provide presence in other areas as needed
- Potential to lift 50 pounds
- Periodic weekend and/or evening presence

Basic and moderately advanced Health services included in one (not all) of assessed levels (see fee schedule) may be:
Monthly weights and vital signs
Limited, prescribed therapeutic diets (pureed, mechanical soft, thickened liquids)
Glucose monitoring, insulin administration
Medication management
Communication with physicians and other designated health care personnel
Memory Care and Dementia Related Behavioral interventions
Functional Maintenance Programs as developed by therapists
Ambulation and mobility programs
Monitoring of identified personal needs of bathing, dressing, hygiene
