SALES RECEPTIONIST - Direct Hire in SE Houston!
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a great attitude and excellent phone skills to assist potential or existing customer to reach sales person for support
- Answer switchboard and transfer calls as needed.
- Be organized, reliable and eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- Be knowledge/skilled at using Microsoft office programs: Word and Excel
Potential to develop into a sales administrative/assistant role to support sales quotes and purchase order files, access customer portals for new purchase orders, order updates, order confirmations, and support accounting as needed. Other responsibilities would include vendor stock order tracking and updating the sales staff accordingly and general day-to-day administrative work to support the sales group.
