We are looking for a motivated, organized, and talented Sales Recruiter to join our team, focusing on bringing in talent to the organization to fill open sales positions and creating/maintaining talent pools in order to meet future staffing needs as they become available. Job Purpose: Responsible to bring the most talented, qualified, and diverse candidates to a variety of open sales roles. As a Sales Recruiter, you will support our sales management team by finding and engaging qualified talent for our open positions and subsequently guiding those candidates through our selection and onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
- Attracts, evaluates, and refers diverse and well-qualified candidates for open sales positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms, and other sourcing methods.
- Develops well-written, creative, and engaging job advertisements and screens resumes/applications.
- Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and partners with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
- Negotiates compensation, creates, delivers, and closes job offers.
- Initiates onboarding plan for new hires.
- Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Understands nuanced hiring needs, job specifications, search requirements thereby acting as the search expert for a variety of roles.
- Creates ideal candidate profiles with hiring managers and recruiters.
- Builds healthy pipelines of qualified candidates for open roles.
- Maintains the integrity of our applicant tracking system, by recording all appropriate candidate information into the system to help track progress from initial contact to offer.
- Acts as a champion of the candidate experience, ensuring every experience and touch point delights, informs, supports the candidate, and represents Community Wellness at the highest level.
- Finds and engages talent via existing talent pools and pipelines and by creating new ones.
- Providing actionable and streamlined reporting to manager, hiring managers, and organizational leadership regarding open role pipelines and expected time to fill.
- May facilitate orientation for new employees and perform exit interviews for employees leaving the organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Here are our MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field from a four-year college or university and three to five years or more of related experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- THREE TO FIVE years or more of Full Cycle Sales Recruiting Experience preferably in a healthcare or telehealth environment
- Must possess a proven, demonstrable track record of successful, high-volume sales professional recruiting
- In-depth knowledge of working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)- preferably Greenhouse
- Responsible, a self-starter, driven to accomplish exceptional results
- Outgoing, friendly, strong people skills
- Builds internal and external relationships easily
- A planner with capable organization and prioritization skills
- Team player mentality, but also works well independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Resilient and does not quit in challenging circumstances
- Trustworthy
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- PHR or SHRM-CP Certification Preferred

Job Type (FLSA Status):
Pay: $59,000.00 to $66,000.00
Occasional travel may be required
Work Location: Remote/Work From Home
