Responsibilities of a Sales Representative :
- Conduct engaging public presentations to prospective customers, educating them on the benefits of our client's products, services, and promotions.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized purchasing experiences through active listening.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot and resolve any issues, and tailor sales solutions to best meet their requirements.
- Utilize product knowledge, competitive pricing, and market insights to upsell our client's offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Accurately record customer contact information, installation dates, and sales packages.
- Collaborate with Sales Associates and Customer Service Representatives to develop effective sales techniques that maximize customer engagement.
- Stay updated on client products, services, promotions, sales targets, and campaign goals through participation in virtual conferences and on-site training.
- Partner with Sales Executives and senior Customer Service team members to establish and achieve sales targets and objectives.

- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Promotions, Customer Service, or related fields preferred.
- Reliable transportation for on-site engagements.
