A leading fabrication company in the oil & gas industry is looking for a Sales Representative to build and maintain client relationships while delivering customized technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, preferably in specialty fabrication or related industries, with a solid understanding of technical products and solutions. Leveraging strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, the new team member will drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets and expand our client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the specialty fabrication and Electrical housing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
- Understand client requirements and provide expert recommendations for customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure client specifications are met.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sale.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the specialty fabrication, Electrical housing, or related industries
- Strong understanding of technical products and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- 10+ years in related field is preferred. Fabrication, Electrical, selling into Downstream, Midstream and Upstream, etc.
