Our services include pre-employment, random, post-incident, and reasonable suspicion testing to help companies ensure compliance, reduce liability, and maintain a secure work environment. We also provide occupational and drug testing products to our clients, along with background check services. As we expand our reach, we're seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our team.
Position Summary:As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving new business and expanding our client base. You’ll be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, explaining the benefits of our services, and building long-lasting relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and experienced in sales with a background or interest in the testing, compliance, or health & safety industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries, including construction, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, and more.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads, converting them into long-term clients.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored testing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as their point of contact for service and account needs.
- Educate clients on compliance requirements, industry trends, and the importance of workplace safety.
- Collaborate with other teams to help ensure client success.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred in compliance, occupational health, safety, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance (DOT regulations is a plus). This is not required as we will provide training.
