THE GREAT PAY

Start your journey with a base pay of $30,000 per year, which reflects the average earnings of our current sales reps. This is a commission-based role with the potential to earn significantly more. Your total compensation will depend on your sales performance, as you'll earn a commission ranging from 15% to 20% on all production. This means your earnings could exceed $30,000, depending on your experience and sales success! Additionally, you will receive a company vehicle, cell phone, and access to paid CEU courses.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, with potential weekend and after-hours availability based on customer meetings.

As a Sales Representative - Pest Control Start Technician, your role will involve engaging potential clients, scheduling appointments, providing start-up services on new sales, and consistently generating leads to meet weekly targets. You will also be responsible for measuring properties, proposing services, and collaborating with the office to email potential customers, all in an effort to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

• 1+ year(s) of pest control sales experience
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficiency in generating and managing leads
