Sales Representative - Concrete Pump Partners

Concrete Pump Partners is hiring an outside residential sales representative. Successful leaders for this position are self-motivated sales executives interested in joining our rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities include sales and service of construction clients in the commercial construction industry.
In this position you pursue leads and educate entities on concrete pumping service. You will maintain and manage your accounts. Experience in the construction industry is preferred. 

Requirements

• Services customer by learning their equipment needs and offering resolutions for their concrete placement needs.
• Build long lasting relationships with customers.
• Assess potential customer needs, present services and develop new customers.
• Work with Business Development to track projects and customer leads.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly.
• After hours events and entertainment. 
• Adhere to all company policies and standards including but not limited to environmental and regulatory, human resources, facility, equipment, and operations. Performs other related duties as assigned.  
•   Must have proficient computer skills to include email, Word and Excel; CRM experience is a plus, specifically Salesforce. Candidates should have strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent troubleshooting and follow thru skills. Customer service excellence and a teamwork attitude.
