Archbright is proud to be partnering with our member, Washington Supply & Chain, to find their Sales Representative.

Washington Supply & Chain is seeking a Sales Representative!

Washington Chain and Supply, Inc. has been serving the marine, industrial and offshore industries since 1954 and it maintains one of the largest inventories of anchors, chains, and fittings in the United States.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain, expand and cultivate relationships with the current customer base
• Respond timely and accurately to requests for quote and follow up
• Gather information on customer activities and visits
• Generate sales reports to pass along to executive management
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
• Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and effectively and pass along information as required
• Educate buyers and users on current and new products
• Remain current on product and service information
• Performs other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate will be able to assist with developing sales strategies, have a strong ability to build relationships with customers, and work as part of a team. Washington Supply & Chain is seeking candidates that have the following skills and abilities:

• 5+ Years of Experience in Marine and Rigging Hardware industries
• Experience in an inside/outside sales position
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to travel by automobile to visit customers (40-50% local travel requirement)

Washington Chain & Supply covers 100% of premiums for employee and eligible dependents medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 4% employer matching retirement contributions, Paid Time Off, Sick Leave and Holiday Pay.
