We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing sales projects, working with insurance companies, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. This position requires a combination of sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing and other lead-generation techniques.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain our services and the sales process.
- Train and support canvassers in sales techniques.
- Manage sales projects from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Meet with insurance companies for adjustments and negotiations related to sales projects.
- Create detailed reports, scope of work, and contracts for homeowners.
- Upsell warranties and additional services to improve homes.
- Follow pricing sheets and guidelines for accurate estimates.
- Attend regular in-house meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a positive and drama-free work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and dedication to customer service.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or insurance-related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software for project management and reporting.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to learn and understand roofing and siding materials and techniques for effective sales presentations.
Salary and Benefits:
- Full-Time.
- 10% commission on total revenue for beginner representatives.
- Monthly bonus structure.
